Solo Video

The Poet

"The Poet with the tired eyes, what are they tired for?--you haven't been crying for oh so long, oh so long."

Originally studio '95, then added to the set list for college band Table 64. Near and dear to my heart, the song deals with not quite getting what you want.

Cobblestones

"We hide behind masks and fables inventing lies that power and enable --no time for the paper people, let them fall where they may".

Cobblestones was written between '97-'99 as part of a project dubbed Pulver ('97). The songs from that project became the bulk of the early material for The Slackharmonic ('99-'08)

The Rails

"I guess I'll have to find another path on which to set my soles and if they develop holes, I'll have to find a way to stitch 'em, replace or simply pitch 'em - bare feet will be all I need when I rest my weary dogs down by the sea".

A tired soul after a long stretch of feeling kicked around.
